Come spend the day and ride the Nor'Easter Mountain Coaster which offers a scenic ride on a majestic mountain, utilizing the natural peaks, pitches, and turns with an exciting descent through the forest. The Nor’easter Mountain Coaster travels up to 28mph, with riders controlling the speed. You will also have the opportunity to choose between the High Ropes Challenge Course, or Zip Line Aerial Tour! The trip also includes the Euro-Bungy, which allows up to 2 people to bounce at a time (individually) so you can compete against a friend to show off your super jumps and flips on this half bungee jump/half trampoline.
- Lunch will be provided, but please bring a re-usable water bottle filled with water!
- Unlimited rides on the Nor'Easter Mountain Coaster and use of the Euro-Bungy!
- Please choose either the High Ropes Course or Zip-line tour option. You will get one "circuit" on the option of your choice, and will not be allowed to do both. Both options include unlimited rides on the Mountain Coaster!

Leadership Outdoor Orientation Program (LOOP) For Incoming First Year and Transfer Students ONLY!
The Syracuse University Leadership Outdoor Orientation Program or “L.O.O.P.” is a pre-orientation outdoor adventure program designed to give incoming first-year students a jump-start on their college experience while engaging in outdoor adventure activities such as whitewater rafting, a high and low element ropes course and climbing wall, as well as hiking and kayaking in the Adirondack Mountains with their fellow classmates. This year we are accepting a total of 44 students into the program.

Conducted by the Syracuse University Department of Recreation Services in Cooperation with University College
Distance: 2.3 miles
Registration is FREE! Just create an account, if you have not already. The course is primarily on sidewalks and starts on the Quad near the Orange Grove, continues across Sims drive, behind the tennis courts, turns left between the Women's building and tennis courts, takes a right onto Comstock Ave, proceeds to the corner of Comstock and Colvin, turns right onto E. Colvin St. and turns around near the entrance to the Oakwood Cemetery. The course then returns the same way as you came.

Wilderness Outdoor Orientation Program (WOOP) For Incoming First Year and Transfer Students Only!
The Syracuse University Wilderness Outdoor Orientation Program or “W.O.O.P.” is a pre-orientation outdoor adventure program designed to give incoming first-year students a jump-start on their college experience while engaging in a small group adventure, in which we will spend 2 nights and 3 days in the Adirondack Mountain Park, canoeing through and camping along the shores of Raquette Lake. No prior canoeing or camping experience is necessary. All equipment and group gear will be provided.
This year we are accepting a total of 8 students into the Wilderness Outdoor Orientation Program.
