The Outdoor Education Program
at Syracuse University provides outdoor recreation opportunities, services, and educational experiences for the University community during the academic year.
The program offers outdoor adventure education trips, in which participants enjoy the beauty of nature and expand outdoor skills,
while promoting minimal impact practices and having fun!

Trips can last for a couple of hours to an entire day, depending on the activity.
All trips are "weather dependent." If you are interested in a program, it is always best to sign up early as some dates or trips sell out while others don't "make" because not enough individuals sign up in a timely fashion. Appropriate documentation (I.D. cards, signed forms, full payment) is required. |
Specific trip information sheets are prepared and are made available before each activity.
To sign-up for one of our Outdoor Education trips, please come to the Department of
Recreation Services Main Office, located in room 241 Archbold Gym.
