Wellness is a total lifestyle approach to maximizing one's potential in the physical, intellectual, occupational, social, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

The goal of the Recreation Services Wellness Program is to continue to promote wellness among students, faculty, staff, alumni passholders, spouses, and domestic partners through various wellness programs.

Personal Training:
Whether you are just starting an exercise program or looking for some variety in your existing program, your personal trainer will assist you in developing a personal exercise program based on your individual fitness goals.
