Recreation at Drumlins

In partnership with Drumlins Country Club, Recreation Services offers you the opportunity to learn a variety of lifetime sports.

FREE!! for all SU/ESF ID Card Holders for the inaugural 2019 season!
Must present an SU/ESF ID Card in order to gain access to the trails and equipment.

Hours of Operation:

January 18, 2019 - March 31, 2019 (weather permitting)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

- Cross Country Ski & Snowshoe equipment is available free of charge (must present SU/ESF ID Card)
- Groomed ski trails will be marked and mapped for your convenience with three trails to serve beginner, intermediate and more advanced skiers on the public side of Drumlins Golf Course.  

 

FREE GOLF and TENNIS
for Full Time SU/ESF Undergraduate Students (during the academic school year - Fall and Spring Semesters only)

Golf Hours and Availability: September 3, 2018 - October 31, 2018
Monday - Sunday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
- Loaner clubs are available free-of-charge on a first come, first serve basis
- Play 9 or 18 holes daily
- Golf Carts: $40
- Driving Range: $6 for a bucket of balls
- Private lessons are available for a nominal fee

Golf Policies:
- Valid SU/ESF ID card must be presented inthe golf shop each visit prior to playing
- Maximum group size is 4 players
- No tee times / first come, first served
- No beverage coolers allowed on the course

 

Indoor Tennis Hours and Availability: September 19, 2018 - April 27, 2019
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30pm - 11:00pm
Saturday: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
- Courts may be reserved up to 3 days in advance by calling 315-446-2323
- Rackets are available to borrow at no charge

Tennis Instructional Clinics: September 19, 2018 - April 27, 2019
Wednesday and Thursday: 8:30pm - 10:00pm
- Advance registration is required and space is limted for the instructional clinics
- Call 315-446-2323 to signup for an instructional clinic
- Minimum of 3 people signed up by 3pm the day of in order for clinic to meet

Tennis Policies:
- Membership cards and SU/ESF ID cards must be presented each time you come to play.
- Ball machine use is an additional $10 per court hour and must be reserved through the front desk.
- Guests are anyone without a valid SU/ESF ID card or Membership Card and must be playing with a valid card holder.
- Guests pay $15 per visit.

Beginner Tennis: Monday 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Intermediate Tennis: Wed. 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Advanced Tennis: Friday 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

PICKLEBALL: Fast Paced Ball Striking Game Similar to Tennis
Tuesday / Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. from March 5 – April 30, 2018

 

FULL TIME GRADUATE STUDENTS:
All of the TENNIS services listed above are available to you for a membership fee of:
- $200 per person for an annual pass, good from September 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019.
- Two Month Membership Options Available September/October, November/December, January/February, March/April, May/June are available for $50 each period.
- You must present your SU/ESF ID card to sign up for membership and each time you play.

Same tennis policies apply as listed above for undergrads

All of the GOLF services listed above are available to you for a membership fee of:
- $200 for Unlimited West Course Golf plus Driving Range
- $400 for Unlimited West Course Golf, Driving Range and use of a Motorized Cart
- You must present your SU/ESF ID card at the golf pro-shop each time you play

Located on a CENTRO bus line just 1 mile from South Campus, Drumlins is easy to get to by car or bus.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM DRUMLINS:
To get to Drumlins Tennis and Golf Club By Centro Bus:
- Bus number is 340/340C
- Departs from College Place
- Last bus leaves Drumlins weekdays at 7:02pm and weekends at 7:05pm
- Bus is free to ride with SU/ESF ID
