Fitness Classes - Water Training

Aqua Fitness: A challenging shallow water workout with little impact to the joints. Using all major muscle groups to enhance total body fitness in the aquatic environment. Equipment will be used to increase intensity. Water shoes required.

Deep Water: Experience the freedom of movement with this challenging cardio and muscle conditioning class. Flotation belts are required and provided.

Adult Swim Lessons: Beginner: participant has little or no swimming skills. American Red Cross Level 1-3. Advanced: Must be able to swim 25 yards on front and 25 yards on back with a flutter kick. ARC 4-6.
