Fitness Classes - Mind/Body



Yoga: This class will include classical yoga postures, warm ups, breathing techniques and relaxation methods. Benefits include stress release, strength and weight controk and improved body alignment and flexibility. Yoga I - Beginner, Yoga II - Advanced

Yoga Flow: This class combines modern Yoga Flow methods with classical Hatha Yoga methods. Challenges endurance, strength, flexibility and balance.

Mat Pilates: Mat-based strength, flexibility and total body conditioning. Works core stability and elongating the muscles.

Power Yoga: Traditional yoga with emphasis on strength using hand held weights and extra intensity.

Yogalates: Half the class focuses on core training with pilates exercises and the second half of class is stretching doing yoga postures.

Tai Chi Chih: An ancient moving art as well as martial art. Practicing slow, even continuous movements helps to release parts of the body from lifelong patterns of tension.
