Fitness Classes - Aerobics

Hi-Cardio Mix: A fat-burning and cardiovascular workout combining aerobics, high intensity drills, step aerobics and kickbox moves.

Step: Uses high intensity, low impact movement on and off the step platform. You will work up a sweat while enjoying step routines. Helps strengthen and tone muscles, a great cardiovascular workout.

Turbo Kick Box: A pre-designed kick boxing interval class using no equipment. Intensity drills and increased energy sprints, followed by work recovery segments.

Hip Hop: Be ready to break a sweat with this high energy street dance class.

Super Street: Combines Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Funk. If you love to dance like no-one is watching, this class is for you!

Ballet: Ballet I (beginner) focuses on basic positions and fundamental techniques of stretching and strengthening. Ballet II some experience required. This class will follow a ballet format while focusing on more difficult turns and jumps.

Will Power and Grace: A barefoot training class that appeals to all levels. A dynamic mosaic of the industries most popular workouts. Think pilates meets boot-camp!
