Aqua Fitness
A challenging low-impact aerobics class using all the major muscle groups to enhance total body fitness in the aquatic environment. Equipment will be supplied to increase the intensity. Aqua shoes are required (shallow water only). |

A highly challenging non-impact aerobics class incorporating all the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to give you strength training that will increase muscle mass and bone density for total body conditioning. Comfort in deep water is required.
| Located in Archbold Gymnasium, Webster Pool is a 6-lane, 25 yard pool with a separate lesson (shallow) pool. |

Sun. ......................................2 - 8 p.m. Please Note: The Webster Small Pool is reserved on Sundays 2-3pm; Mondays 7-8pm and Thursdays 7-8pm through November 15 for Adult Swim Lessons |
